在Windows系统下，EndNote同步时可能出现“EndNote could not connect to the online sync serve”错误信息，并提示“This may be due to a temporary Internet or Server error. Please try again”，如下图所示

此错误可能是由于没有启用SSL 1.x所致。在“控制面板 > 网络和 Internet > Internet选项 > 高级”（“ Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced”）页面中勾选“使用SSL 1.x”（如1.0、1.1、1.2和1.3）即可，如下图所示。

如果EndNote仍然存在同步错误，则可能是文献库损坏，或者是文献库路径错误等。也可能是使用了不正确的代理，可在“控制面板 > 网络和 Internet > Internet选项 > 连接 > 局域网设置”中禁用“使用自动配置脚本”，如下图所示。
